Norcrest China Company produced this black cat figure in Japan for export to the USA during the late 1950s. This design is particularly hard to find, perhaps because they produced it for a limited time. The high-gloss finish is eye-catching and makes this item stand apart from the typical Norcrest item seen today. It measures ~4.25” high by ~3” across by ~3.75” deep. The original tag is extant at the bottom.
