This photo of a long-ago Halloween party is mounted on cardboard and is marked on the reverse: William J. Helmke/Commercial and Newspaper/Photographer/192 Brinkerhoff Avenue Utica N.Y./Phone 8001. The image on the mount measures ~10” high by ~12” across. I feel the photo was taken in the later 1910s. Notice the Halloween decorations on the walls. I’ve never seen the striped JOL before. There is fading to the photo, mainly on the left side.
