2562 1920s Tally with Corn Shocks and JOLs
I used to think these unmarked tallies were made by Whitney, but I’ve moved away from that. I now think products marked with a number followed by a T were made by another, more regionally focused firm. (Maybe American Colortype? Volland?) In any event, this attractive tally shows a pastoral scene replete with corn shocks and JOLs all beneath a golden moon. There are two numerals in ink at the bottom of the reverse so I can’t describe this as unused. The tally measures ~4” high by ~3.25” across.
