Lot 14                Occupied Japan Spun Cotton and Crepe Witch
This well-done witch table decoration was produced between 1946 and 1952 as it possesses a “Made in Occupied Japan” sticker on the broomstick. The head is spun cotton, whereas the hair, cape and dress are fashioned from crepe. The broom has a wood handle and straw end. She stands ~5.5” high. Her expression indicates someone just forced her to eat a molecule of kale.
