Lot 3                  1914-1919 Packaging for 24 Dennison Doilies with One Extant
Dennison produced a wide variety of packaged Halloween paper goods during their Golden Age of Halloween production. This envelope that once contained twenty-four “JOLs and Candle” doilies now contains one. The stock number, printed directly on the enclosure, is H475. This dates to the interval of 1914-1919. The doily measures ~6” in diameter. The envelope measures ~6.25” square. The envelope has a tear to the one side plus two very small tears at the bottom. The doily is perfect.
