Lot 78                  Complete Set of Beistle Pirate-Themed Diecuts
Beistle produced this trio of pirate-themed diecuts during the late 1950s and into the early 1960s. They measure ~17.25” high by ~6.25-6.5” across and are lightly embossed. Each must have had an easel at one time, but these easels are gone. They each have a slight concavity to them as if they were wet at one point, but I can’t find conclusive evidence of this. This slight concavity is more evident from the reverse. The colors are strong and unfaded.
